How it Works: 

  • Add the repair to your cart, checkout, and ship your device to our shop. 

  • Once we receive your device, you'll get a confirmation email letting you know it's safely arrived and is in our repair queue.  

  • We will perform the repairs on your device, quality check it to make sure it's up and running like new, and ship it back to you! 

Shipping: 

  • We provide free USPS Priority Mail shipping both ways. Just select the "free shipping" option during checkout and you will receive a shipping label for your device within a few hours. Questions about our shipping process? Check out our Shipping Instructions page.  

Warranty: 

  • No matter what repair(s) your device needs, it will be covered under our one-year limited warranty policy. Detailed information about our warranty policy can be found on our Warranty Information page.

    I was a little worried sending my I pad out (I master )sent me an e-mail saying they received my I pad then sent me an email when they shipped it. They are an awesome Company.

    Headline says it all. Less than half of the price of at least one competitor, fast service, iPad returned fully functional. 100% satisfied customer here, and I don't often provide all positive feedback.

    I have to admit, I was a little skeptical about sending my iPad away but I'm so glad I did. My iPad had a big crack across the screen from falling out of my van. I couldn't pass up the $85 special since other places by me wanted $200-$300. I got my iPad back in a few days and it looks brand new. I am going to recommend this site to all my friends!

    Like many others, I was very nervous sending my iPad out to anyone that was not Apple. However, sending to Apple was not going to happen since it would have cost me $300 and I wouldn't be getting MY iPad back. I got even more nervous about iMaster after sending it out due to the BBB complaints. They had resolved all the issues with the complaints but was worried that my iPad might get sent to someone else and take even longer to get it back. All my worries were gone when as promised, my iPad showed up with in a few days of them receiving it. My iPad looks great and with the money I saved on the repair I purchased a much better case for it to protect it from the 4 year old who insists on jumping on the couch, which led to my iPad's demise in the first place. Thank you iMaster for the great work, timely service and honest business. I will definitely recommend you guys to my friends and family.

    The iPad 4 got dropped and stepped on. The screen looked like it had been shot several times but still presented an image. I was ready to buy a new one when I found iMaster on the internet. I placed the order, shipped the broken unit off to Idaho and a week and 2 days later I had what appeared to be a brand new unit back . . . but it was definitely my old iPad. It works perfectly and I'll recommend this service to anyone in need. Quick, efficient and great quality work.
