Shipping Instructions

If you selected the option, "Email Me a USPS Priority 2-3 Day Label", follow the instructions below:

 

- Please allow 1 business day to receive your shipping label via email. Depending on your device, your label will be for either a medium flat rate box, or flat rate padded envelope. 

 

- Please include a copy of your order confirmation or any page with your order number on it inside the package with your device. This helps us keep track of devices while they're in the shop.

 

- We suggest wrapping your device in a few layers of bubble wrap, then using a tougher outside layer such as cardboard to protect it from bumps or bending. It's also important to make sure your device is not moving or sliding around inside the package, as this is how most breakage happens in transit. For extra cushioning inside a box, crumpled up paper or extra bubble wrap will help prevent movement.

 

- Please do not use any of the following as packing materials: trash, toilet paper, shredded paper, personal items, clothing, towels, or anything you would like to receive back with your device. 

 

- You can use any medium sized box or padded envelope to ship your device, although we suggest following the size guide below. Your local Post Office will also have free flat rate envelopes or boxes they can provide you, or you can order free shipping supplies on the USPS website.

 

- Please ensure that the box or envelope you are using is NOT labeled Express or Overnight mail, and we strongly suggest that your box or envelope not exceed the following measurements:

Padded envelopes: 12 1/2" x 9 1/2"

Boxes: 14" x 12" x 6"

- Please do not send cases, retail boxes, or cables with your device. We do not have the storage space to keep these in our shop, and we keep cables on hand for most common devices. However, we do ask that you send the charging cable if you are sending in any kind of Windows laptop, as these vary and we may not have it on hand.

 

If you selected the option "I'll Ship My Device Myself", follow the instructions below:

 

- Please include a copy of your order confirmation or any page with your order number on it inside the package with your device. Please also make sure that your name is either on the shipping label or written somewhere on or inside the package. This helps us keep track of devices while they're in the shop.

 

- We suggest using any kind of medium sized box or padded envelope to ship your device, although please be aware of the guidelines outlined by your shipping service of choice. Some may have extra charges or fees depending on the size or weight of the package.
