How it Works

STEP ONE: CHOOSE YOUR REPAIR

Find and select your device and the corresponding repair needed.

Need help figuring out which device you have? Check out our Device Identification resource, or look up your device by searching the model number on the back of the device. 

Need help diagnosing your device? Check out our Diagnosing Your Device page, or use our diagnostic service and we will diagnose it for you!

STEP TWO: CHECK OUT

Select your preferred shipping and payment methods. If you select to have us send you a pre-made shipping label, you will receive it in your email within 1 business day after placing your order.

STEP THREE: SHIP YOUR DEVICE

Using either our pre-made label or your own, package and ship your device.

STEP FOUR: REPAIR

We receive your device, perform a pre-repair function test, and update you that your device has been received. Your device will then enter our repair queue and our techs will perform the repair within 48-72 hours for most common repairs. We will then perform a post-repair quality check, and package and ship your device back to you!

STEP FIVE: RECEIVE YOUR DEVICE

You will receive an email with tracking information once we ship your device. We use USPS Priority Mail for all return shipments unless otherwise requested, so you can expect to receive your device within 2-3 days after we ship it. If you have any issues with your device after receiving it back, please contact us and we will arrange next steps.
