Shipping Instructions

For Mail-in repair service please follow these instructions:

  • Most customers elect to use a bubble envelope to ship their smaller devices. 
  • For iPad or Tablet repairs please use bubble wrap or another safe packing material with a sturdy box or padded envelope sized appropriately for your device.
  • DO NOT SEND CASES, BOXES, or CABLES with your device. Customers may be charged additional shipping fees if iMaster Repair is required to ship these additional items. 
  • Please include a copy of your order confirmation with your device.
  • When your device is received you will receive an email letting you know your device has arrived. We will continue to keep you updated during the repair process and provide you tracking on your order once it has been shipped.
